hi guys, yesterday we had our first GvG.
Due to some ppl not showing up we had to start 2h30 later then planned (sorry for those who had to stick around till crazy hours or get up extremely early) and we had still didn't have enough players so Powned Is Fer Noobs[SKOB] helped us out playing a hammer war.
I'm gonna write a small piece about the gvg itself.
At the start there were some problems with the repairkit, our second warrior forgot to come back to the frontline (
) so the monks had some difficulty in the start to get presure of them.
After that we had to fall back a little giving the other team the chance to repair the catapult and kill our beloved runner (Miss Spammalot)
, not long afterthat a noobwar (i believe it was that axe moron) got spiked while on frenzy, while falling back our team got cattyd again and we lost Synn Spellstrike (now called ms Cry of Frustration due to good messing). The redteam ran into our base to get npc's down but our monks could keep all archers up untill our team rezzed, we then started slaying some and we the WoH down, the mesmer down and their flagrunner aswell.
Due to the hardpresure they got stuck in our base and with some sneaky stealthruns from our runner we got a morale boost just when we needed it. Not long afterthis vod would come so i cried out for a gank with the axe war, the ele and the runner to heal us up and i told the 5/8team to defend the flagstand. The otherteam's faces went like
since they hadn't seen this coming

I arrived at the guildlord pretty fast but i had forgotten our ele doesn't have a runboost so he couldn't follow me as quick, miss spammalot got slain due to a bodyblock while she was running after me.
When the 3/8team finally could meet up the other team sent back a frenzy happy war who got his ass handed to him due to gale and bull's strike.
Unfortunatly our foes sent back their runner, rc and ele and they managed to heal the lord back to full health, due to the 2healers i decided to retreat from their base, but not soon after that our otherteam got to much presure and our guildlord slowly started loosing health, one minute later we had lost our guildlord and our first GvG.
