Cool Idol!

Following American idol, comes.. Cool Idol!
The event is simple. Test the mettle of your singing against the judges!
What I have in mind is this: Everyone who is interested in joining should sign up for either an Idol or Judges or (limit 1) Score Keeper. On event day, the idols compete against each other and the judges decide who is the best of the best to become the.. Cool Idol!
The idols will be preforming 3 rounds each for the judges to vote on. The first 2 rounds consists of songs that they have prepared to sing. The third and final round however, will be the 'on the spot' round. Made so people who dont have enough time to prepare have a fighting chance too. In the third round, the scorekeeper will ask the Idols to preform a song that he or she has designated. The scorekeeper cannot tell these idols what song in the third round they have in store. The songs chosen by the scorekeeper should be popular yet unsung by the Idols.
The idols will be given a total of 5 minutes to find the song/lyrics and quickly rehearse the song if they choose to.
Downloading Limewire beforehand is recommended for this.
Afcourse this will be hosted on vent; and the votes are pm'd to the scorekeeper to ensure anonimity

Rules:
1) Each Idol must prepare 2 or more english only songs for the event they would like to sing. Any sort of songs are fine. You will be judged by your singing, not the song.
2) Judges must vote for only 1 Idol per round. The majority of votes lets the Idol win the game.
3) The scorekeeper's job is to make sure the votes are counted for, that the game is fair, and gives a list of random songs that is distributed to the Idols.
4) The above should be done in this method. a) Give random song to random idol. b) wait 5 min and hear the idol preform. c) give random song to another random idol. d) wait 5 min and hear that idol sing and so on.
5) Order of preformance doesn't really concern me at this point. The randomer the better. The fairer. The scorekeeper should decide on this.
6) Looking to host this either this saturday or next saturday depending on signups. Signup ASAP!

Rowan Catara, as singer.. I don't know many songs though, not sure how i'll go in the random event! ^^ But we'll see! ^^ I vote maria as a judge, she's good at judging! ^^

oh we're going to have as many judges as possible, see them as more like voters. Maybe judges was a bad word to use.

Alas! the Cool Idol is over. Lasted a full 2 and a half hours.. With 3 winners!
It was really fun and everyone who sang was super nervous
