lol, well i tend to make banners on occasions for my own site, so if i have time i can make more banners for the guild, i already have halloween concept up and it stars oink and quon.

I think it's a great try!!!
Still, i got some suggestions:
you should put a more even background coz we don't see clearly characters. I noticed the warrior (can't remember his name) on the left-bottom corner only at second watching!
I think characters on the right are too much one on the other.
maybe i would put more ppl, nevermind their prof, like all officers and ppl who are almost daily online.

These are just suggestions of course coz it would take me weeks to do the same

PS: Aisha, the woman ranger (right next to meiko) is my Gin
