Oh I know but, horns of the ox is hit or miss sometimes, specially for helping out at shrines.

That's true.
But who caps shrines!!!!! (everybody exept me, it seems -_-)
You don't need to cap, you just need to kill those arrogant luxon monks in FoW armor with Chaos Gloves! O.O
